It is nice to see the investment and densification in the Osborne Village area. Although everyone may not agree, more people = more support for local businesses and a more vibrant inner city community. There are two new multi family condo projects planned for Stradbrook Avenue in the area. One of the proposed projects is a 36 unit building to be located at 367-373 Stradbrook Ave, near Scott Street. The project is designed by Praire Architects. No details yet on the look of the building but curiosity is killing me!

The other proposed project is a smaller 10 unit 3 story condo project at 583 Stradbrook Ave. This building is to have a range of unit sizes from 800-1200sf and a couple of penthouse units up to 1700sf. It will be interesting to see these projects progress through to the construction and marketing stage. Keep your eyes open!
