New Osborne Village Condos

Winnipeg's River and Osborne neighbourhood is seeing a recent influx of densification with new condo and townhouse developments. Sleek new buildings and historic building conversions are enhancing the housing options in this mature community. In addition to new residential units, the River and Osborne area is seeing exciting new restaurants, coffee shops and other retail and entertainment services, catering to the growing attraction of the area. With close proximity to the downtown business and cultural districts, shopping, restaurants and year round recreational trails and parks, this neighbourhood will continue to be a popular urban centre. The Village Junction Condos are located at Stradbrook and Scott. There are 36 units and pre-sales start February 2014. Units offered are apartment style 1 bedroom and den to 2 bedroom units.

The condo building at 511 River - Studio 511 - (located at Nassau Street N and River Ave) is a Historic building conversion. The building is recognized as a Heritage Building through the Manitoba Historical Society and is noted as an important example of Beaux-Arts style of Architecture. There are 46 units in this conversion project and the condos range in size from 500 - 976 square feet. This project is approx 65% sold out.

The Altro Off Corydon condos/townhouses are a collection of different buildings located on Dorchester, Jessie, Hugo and Stradbrook. There are a variety of infill style condos.

The proposed building 290 River Condos at 290 River Ave will include 5 townhouses. This is a nice central location and small complex. This project has not broken ground yet.

If you are looking for a sleek complex, check out the condos at 548 Stradbrook. This complex has 8 units and is also centrally located to all the shops and services.

One of the larger buildings currently under construction is at 90 Bole at River - OZ Condos. There are 25 apartment, loft and townhouse style units in this development. This building is over 50% sold out.
