Multi Family building planned for Roblin Blvd

A new Multi-Family residential building is being planned for the site at 3605 Roblin Blvd. This is in the heart of the Charleswood village just a couple of blocks east of William R. Clement Parkway. The Developer has arranged a public open house at the Charleswood Legion, 6003 Roblin Blvd, on April 26th from 1:30pm to 4pm. If you are curious to see what kind of density or how this developement will fit into the community, attend the meeting on the 26th. I will be there checking it out as well!
