River Heights condos start construction
The Centennial Park Condos are set to start construction on their first phases next week. This is a 92 unit complex of Bungalow condos squeezed into the strip of land between Centennial and Lockwood Streets, north of Corydon Avenue. It is an old railway line that was de-commissioned years ago. The first two phases sold out extremely fast and were priced in the $260,000 to $320,000 price range. There will be a community walkway and bike path running through the development (north/south) and apparently there is significant landscaping that will be included in the project. It will be interesting to see how this project unfolds on this unique property.
