Wildwood Village Approved!

The Winnipeg City Centre Community Committee approved a new condo project for the Wildwood neighbourhood on Nov 10th. The development site is the current Wildwood Club at 761 North Drive and the plans for the Wildwood Village condos include both townhouse and apartment style condo units. This will be an interesting project to watch. A nice mix of housing styles should complement the neighbourhood and give more choice to those who wish to move to or remain in Wildwood.
