The City of Winnipeg is developing a neighbourhood plan for the Corydon area. This has been in the works for the last year but there is still time to see what is planned and to add your input. There is an open house this Wednesday, Feb 15th from 4:30 to 8:30pm at the Gladstone School - 500 Gertrude Ave. There is a presentation at 6pm.

Here is some information from the WinnpegREALTORS® 2012 Forecast Breakfast. This is interesting information that suggests that 2011 was a fairly strong year and that 2012 will again be a positive year yet slightly lower on the price increases.
