The Social Planning Council of Winnipeg is hosting a Forum tonight, called 'Whose Winnipeg', at the Millennium Library (from 6pm to 8pm). The topics are in regards to Public Processes in the grow and changing landscapes of Winnipeg. Come on out and see what is being said and ponder if there is a shift in community involvement.
