The latest Remax cottage report indicates that there is a pent up demand for cottage properties in Manitoba which has created an upswing in cottage properties around the province. It is more location specific as some areas of Manitoba have seen a strengthening of the market where other areas have seen a continued lull in the market due to recent years of severe flooding. There are great opportunities in all markets and it is a great time to take advantage of the higher inventory and lower prices.
