Winnipeg Neighbourhood Stats for 2013

The average sales price in the City of Winnipeg went up to 284,000 in 2013. This was a 5% increase over the 2012 average sale price of 269,000. Different areas of the city may have experienced higher or lower increases and when you compare specific housing styles the numbers may be different again. Here are some Average Sales stats for a few areas in the South West of Winnipeg. Average Selling Price 2012 = $255,340 (53 Sales)
Average Selling Price 2013 = $264,953 (66 Sales)
Percentage increase = 3.8%

Average Selling Price 2012 = $362,015 (190 Sales)
Average Selling Price 2013 = $350,088 (183 Sales)

Average Selling Price 2012 = $699,190 (48 Sales)

Average Selling Price 2012 = $494,986 (94 Sales)
