Development at 1000 Taylor Ave

A large parcel of land in the Grant Park area is being planned for a multi-use site. The developers are planning to re-zone the parcel at 1000 Taylor Ave (between Harrow and Nathanial) to C4 zoning which would allow retail, office, restaurant amd multi family uses. There is an open house on February 25th at the Quality Inn,635 Pembina Hwy, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
